About Our Vision

The vision behind Serenity Care at Home began over eight years ago, when our founder first stepped into the role of a caregiver, providing support and companionship to seniors throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. What started as a job quickly became a calling — a deep passion rooted in compassion, empathy, and the simple joys of human connection.

Through years of hands-on experience working with various home care agencies, she encountered both the rewards and the challenges caregivers face every day. The lack of support and appreciation for those in the caregiver role sparked a powerful determination: to one day build a home care agency that not only prioritized high-quality client care, but also uplifted and valued its caregivers.

Serenity Care at Home was born from this mission — to honor the person beyond the diagnosis. Whether supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia, or other cognitive conditions, we believe that a diagnosis does not define a person. By truly listening, adapting, and building relationships rooted in shared values, we aim to bring dignity, joy, and comfort to every individual we serve.
